Occupational Therapy Services (adult)
Occupational Therapy assessment, intervention and ongoing therapy for adult NDIS participants with physical or neurological disabilities. Includes specialty assessments such as Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology prescription, Complex Home Modifications. Servicing within 30 minutes of Adelaide CBD or via Telehealth.
Clinical Supervision
Provision of clinical supervision via face to face, phone or video call for individuals or small groups. We support clinicians to develop their skills through case reviews and reflective practice. We also focus on developing sustainable work practices to prevent burnout and to thrive your career.
Locum Services
Locum Occupational Therapy services for short or long term roles. Access experienced clinicians who are able to assess, plan and treat people with various abilities.
Kate Hindmarsh, OT
Kate is an Occupational Therapist with over 15 years experience in acute, rehabilitation and community settings. Kate is highly experienced in providing occupational therapy services to adult clients with varied medical conditions and abilities including spinal cord injury, brain injury, stroke and amputations. Kate has specialist skills in complex equipment prescription including manual and power wheelchairs, seating and postural components, upper limb splints, and assistive technology. She is also experienced in hand therapy, and is able to thoroughly assess and develop treatment plans for clients with various upper limb conditions. Kate has a keen interest in evidence based practice and has completed research in prescription of assistive technology.
Kate is passionate about the OT profession and enjoys assisting other therapists to grow their clinical skills and confidence. With her significant clinical experience Kate is able to support clinicians to problem solve in a nurturing and non-judgmental manner. With experience working in senior clinical roles Kate brings skills in organisation, leadership, prioritisation and negotiation.
